All Whites defender Tyler Bindon to join Chris Wood at Nottingham Forest

All Whites defender Tyler Bindon is set to join fellow New Zealander Chris Wood at Nottingham Forest, the club announced today.

The English Premier League club revealed the signing of the 20-year-old until the end of the 2028 season, however, he was immediately put on loan to current club Reading FC for the remainder of the 2024-25 season.

Last year, All Whites midfielder Marko Stamenic also signed a long-term deal with Nottingham Forest, but is on loan with sister club Olympiacos.

Bindon, who began his career at East Coast Bays, has made 13 appearances for the All Whites.

Since joining Reading in August 2023, he has made 74 appearances for the League One side, starting 70 of them.
