Detroit Lions: Projected To Add Washington Commanders Cornerback in 2024
The Detroit Lions have been standout performers this 2023 season. For the first time in 30 years, they have finally topped the NFC North. Of course they have bigger aspirations than a division title, but if they want to keep their dominance in the NFL, they need to keep improving come the offseason.
Defense is an area that the Lions could use some tweaking. While they are one of the best teams offensively this campaign, their defense has remained average at best. In fact, they are 15th on total defense, per FOX Sports.

With that said, focusing on defensive should be their top priority when the offseason rolls in. Fortunately for the Lions, there is an upcoming free agent who is well an ideal target for them: Washington Commanders cornerback Kendall Fuller.
Bleacher Report made the suggestion in their recent free agency article listing out all the potential 2024 targets for all NFL teams. Fuller was mentioned as an ideal candidate for the Lions, thanks to his consistency and versatility.
