It was a long, long night for some fans in Buffalo.

The Buffalo Bills continue along with their preparations for Monday’s playoff showdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The bulk of those preparations, they couldn’t execute without help, however, calling on fans in the area to come to the stadium to help shovel snow out of Highmark Stadium starting at 12 a.m.

Shovelers will be compensated $20 per hour for their efforts with “complimentary beverages and breakfast in the morning will be provided in a comfortable warm break area”. They are asked to bring their own shovels, if possible.

Steelers reporter Brooke Pryor shared a clip courtesy of TikTok user htbway of the fans in the stadium shoveling snow, posted at approximately 5 a.m. ET — and boy, was it a sight.

The Bills took to Twitter again Monday morning to request additional assistance from fans to help shovel snow ahead of kickoff, which is set for 4:30 p.m. ET.

According to AccuWeather, there is snow projected at Highmark Stadium in the 5 p.m. hour, with steady winds of around 10-15 mph throughout game hours. Temperatures will sit in the mid-teens, with a “RealFeel” temperature of right around 0ºF.

A big thanks to those who gave their time to help ensure the stadium is ready for Monday’s playoff game! If the Steelers called for shovelers at Acrisure Stadium, would you be one of the first to volunteer?
